Pancakes with minced meat

It is a dish that I have always loved as a child, an alternative to pasta or lasagna Pancake with minced meat I am reminded of childhood a Casareccio and Buonissimo dish, I recommend it.

Ingredients

  • - STUFFED -
  • 3 spoons of oil
  • 1/2 finely chopped onion
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 500g minced meat
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato extract
  • 2 Spoons of Soy Sauce
  • 6 green olives cut into slices
  • Parsley finely chopped to taste
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • - PANCAKE MIXTURE -
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 Type 00 flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Method

Step 1

In a pan fry the onion and garlic and then add the minced meat, cook for about 6 minutes, turning with a spoon so as not to burn it.

Step 2

Add the tomato paste, the soy sauce, olives, parsley, salt and black pepper and keep it aside.

Step 3

- PANCAKE MIXTURE -

Step 4

Add all the ingredients in a container and beat for 30 seconds to mix well.

Step 5

In a pan fry the onion and garlic and then add the minced meat, cook for about 6 minutes, turning with a spoon so as not to burn it.
