Ingredients

  • 400 gm of slices of beef cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small jar of champignons
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 Small pack of cooking cream
  • 3 peeled tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 spoons of olive oil
  • 2 spoons of ketchup
  • 2 spoons of mustard
  • 2 Spoons of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 saucepan of water with meat nut

Method

Step 1

In a pan put the olive oil over medium heat and fry the onion with garlic and slices.

Step 2

Heat the water and dissolve the meat nut and pour it into the pan with the meat and bring to a boil.

Step 3

When the water has almost evaporated, add the tomatoes and mix until boiling more or less 5 minutes.

Step 4

Add the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup and mustard, do not stop mixing and boil for another 5 minutes.

Step 5

On low heat, add the cream and mix well for another 5 minutes

Step 6

TIP: If there is still time to serve, I advise you to turn off the heat at the end of the 4th step and continue the 5th step only when you need to serve the course.
