Tartlets with Gluten Free jam, ideal for people suffering from this disease, but also good for those who want to eat something good and fast.

The recipe is simple to prepare for everyone, even my daughter with me makes it a way to play and cook together.

Good for tea and breakfast or afternoon snack, so wait up your sleeves and let's start making this recipe.

*** Attention:

For celiacs I recommend that you check the presence of the gluten-free sign on the package. Or refer to the Crossed Ear or the Handbook of the Italian Celiac Association (celiachia.it). I recommend downloading the AIC Mobile App for Android, iPhone and Windows).

Another suggestion is to choose the products that can be supplied to celiacs by the NHS: the reference is the Register of gluten-free dietary foods of the Ministry of Health (salute.gov.it).

Take the pastry from the fridge, helping yourself with a little flour, roll it out on the work surface until it reaches a thickness of 2-3 millimeters.

Step 6

Make tarts with jam, cut with the tart molds or with a bowl of discs slightly larger than the mold, and arrange them in the tegliette already greased with butter and mash with the remaining flour. (Or use parchment paper cut to size and adapted to the mold)

Step 7

Pour a couple of teaspoons of jam and cover with the remaining shortcrust pastry tart with jam, from which you have cut out various shapes (stars, hearts, flowers). Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
